This challenge isn’t about trying a class or testing a gym. It’s about committing to a short, realistic period of training and building a habit that actually lasts.

After running this challenge before, we saw how much consistency matters — so we brought it back with a more focused structure.

Why 21 Days?

The 21-Day New Year Challenge is a structured kickboxing program designed for new members who want a strong and focused start to the year.

Consistency matters more than intensity.

You don’t need to train perfectly — you need to show up repeatedly. Twenty-one days is long enough to build momentum, but short enough to feel achievable. With a clear time frame and a simple goal, staying consistent becomes much easier.

That’s the idea behind the 21-Day New Year Challenge.





What Is the 21-Day New Year Challenge?

The 21-Day New Year Challenge is a structured kickboxing program designed for new members who want a strong and focused start to the year.

During the challenge, participants receive:

  • Unlimited adults group kickboxing classes for 21 days

  • A starter gear pack, including boxing gloves, hand wraps, and a limited-edition challenge T-shirt

  • A clear completion goal that rewards commitment and consistency

No complicated rules. No pressure to be perfect. Just show up and train.

How the Challenge Works

  1. Join the 21-Day New Year Challenge

  2. Attend 10 group kickboxing classes within 21 days

  3. Complete the challenge and receive $198 store credit toward membership enrolment

In simple terms: commit, stay consistent, and earn your investment back by proving the habit.

Why We Don’t Offer “Trial Classes”

Many gyms offer free trials or short-term passes. While those options can feel low-risk, they often don’t lead to real results.

We designed this challenge differently.

By asking for commitment upfront, participants are more likely to stay consistent, build confidence, and see progress. This program is about creating a routine — not just trying something once.

No prior experience is required. Our classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all fitness levels.
