What kinds of classes can I join?We offer a range of kickboxing classes for everyone! Join our TEENS & ADULTS (13+) classes, KIDS & YOUTH (4-12) sessions, or opt for Personal Training for a more tailored experience.

How do TEENS & ADULTS (13+) classes differ from KIDS & YOUTH (4-12) classes?Our TEENS & ADULTS (13+) classes feature Kickbox 101 for beginners and KickBox All Levels for everyone. KIDS & YOUTH (4-12) classes are split into Beginner and Advanced levels to suit different ages and skills.

Do you offer family packages?Yes, we offer family packages that provide discounts based on the number of family members. This allows both adults and kids to train simultaneously in their respective classes.

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?Yes! We offer a "First Class Free" option so you can experience our classes before deciding.

What equipment do I need for the classes?We provide all necessary equipment including UFC standard punching bags and new training gear. Bring yourself and your enthusiasm! Hand wraps and gloves are required to participate in class. You may bring your own or purchase a set in studio.

How can I pay for my classes at OKICK BOXING STUDIO?You can pay for your classes using a credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, card reader, or offline payments.

What kind of shoes should I wear?Please note that no shoes are permitted on the mats. Members must ensure they have clean feet when coming onto the mats and that they put shoes or sandals on when using the rest of the gym or washrooms.

Do you have parking at your studio?Yes, we have plenty of parking spots and our studio is easily accessible on the ground floor.

How should I prepare for my first class at OKICK BOXING STUDIO?Arrival: Arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in and a quick intro. Attire: Wear comfy athletic clothes. Classes are barefoot, so no shoes needed. Hand Wraps: Required for safety. Bring your own or buy at the studio for $14.99. Boxing Gloves: We provide gloves for first-timers. Hydration: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
