Cancellation Policy

Group Class Cancellations:

  • Notice Period: All class reservations must be canceled at least 4 hours before the class begins.

  • Cancellation Method: Cancellations can be made through the booking app.

  • Credits and Fees:

    • If you cancel your class at least 4 hours in advance, the class will be returned as a credit to your account for future use.

    • If you cancel less than 4 hours before the class start time or do not show up, the class will be deducted from your package. For unlimited bi-weekly memberships, a $20 fee will be charged to your account.

  • Team Commitment: At OKick Boxing, we train as a team, so please make the effort to attend your booked classes.

  • Emergency Situations: Based on the situations, the cancellation fees or class may be waived or returned.

 

Personal and Semi-Private Training Cancellations:

  • Notice Period: All personal and semi-private training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the session.

  • Fees: Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged as if you had attended your session.

  • Emergency Situations: Based on the situations, the cancellation fees or class may be waived or returned.

Monthly & Annual Membership Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice:

    • For 12-month loyalty memberships, a 30-day notice is required.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • Two payments will be owing at time of cancellation of 12-month loyalty memberships

  • Cancellation Process: All cancellations must be requested through our cancellation request form or by email.

  • Emergency Situations: In cases of emergency, such as sudden illness or family emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (e.g., doctor’s note) may be required, and cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted accordingly.

Freezing Membership Policy

  • Up to 4 weeks free suspension per year.

  • After will be $7 per week.

  • Min 1 week suspension.

  • Medical reason will be eligible for up to 6 months free suspension.

  • Freezing Process: All freezing requests must be requested through our freezing request form or by email.

Waitlist Policy

  • If you are on the waitlist you’ll automatically be added to the class if a spot opens up.   You will get an automated email and letting you know. But don’t worry, if it’s less than 12 hours notice and can’t make it you won’t be charged.

Refund Policy

  • All class passes, memberships and private and semi-private training packages are non refundable and non transferable.

  • We’re happy to offer account credit or exchange in store.

Preparation For The Classes

  • ​Arrival: Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and a brief introduction to our studio.

  • Attire: We recommend comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Classes are held barefoot, so no footwear is required.

  • Hand Wraps: For safety and support, hand wraps are required. You may bring your own or purchase them at the studio for $14.99.

  • Boxing Gloves: We provide boxing gloves for first-time members to borrow, so you don’t need to bring your own unless you prefer.

  • Hydration: Staying hydrated is important, so feel free to bring a water bottle.
