Freezing membership:
1. Up to 4 weeks free suspension per year.
2. After will be $7 per week.
3. Min 1 week suspension.
4. Medical reason will be eligible for up to 6 months free suspension.*
Membership Cancellations:
1. Cancellation Notice: For 12-month loyalty memberships, a 30-day notice is required.
2. Cancellation Fees: Four payments will be owing at time of cancellation of 12-month loyalty memberships
3. Cancellation Process: All cancellations must be requested through our cancellation request form or email.*
