21-Day New Year Challenge – Pricing Plan Policy
Eligibility

• This promotion is available to new members only.

• Each individual purchase this challenge once only.

• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Program Duration

• The challenge is valid for 21 consecutive days, starting from the first class attended or the challenge start date that you choose, whichever comes first.

• The program cannot be paused, suspended, or extended for any reason.

What’s Included

• Unlimited adults group kickboxing classes for 21 days.

• Starter Gear Pack, including:

  • 1 pair of boxing gloves

  • 1 pair of hand wraps

  • 1 limited-edition challenge T-shirt
    (available to the first 10 sign-ups only, while supplies last)

Challenge Requirement

• Participants must complete 10 group classes within the 21-day period to successfully complete the challenge.

• Only completed group classes count toward the challenge.

• Missed classes, late cancellations, no-shows, private training sessions, or special events do not count toward the total.

Challenge Reward

• Participants who successfully complete the challenge will receive $198 store credit.

Store Credit Policy

• Store credit can be redeemed toward membership enrolment only.

• Store credit is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be refunded.

• Store credit must be redeemed within 7 days after the challenge ends.

• Unused store credit will expire after the redemption period.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• This program is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for unused days, missed classes, or failure to complete the challenge.

General Terms

• Participants must comply with all studio rules, booking policies, and class etiquette.

• OKICK Boxing Studio reserves the right to modify or terminate the program if necessary.
