Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for OKick Boxing Studio Group Class Cancellations: 1. Notice Period: All class reservations must be canceled at least 4 hours before the class begins. 2. Cancellation Method: Cancellations must be made through your email and cannot be made over the phone. 3. Credits and Fees: If you cancel your class at least 4 hours in advance, the class will be returned as a credit to your account for future use. oIf you cancel less than 4 hours before the class start time or do not show up, the class will be deducted from your package. For unlimited bi-weekly memberships, a $20 fee will be charged to your account. Team Commitment: At OKick Boxing, we train as a team, so please make the effort to attend your booked classes. Emergency Situations: Based on the situations, the cancellation fees or class may be waived or returned. Personal and Semi-Private Training Cancellations: 1. Notice Period: All personal and semi-private training sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before the session. 2. Fees: Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged as if you had attended your session. Emergency Situations:Based on the situations, the cancellation fees or class may be waived or returned. Membership Cancellations: 1. Cancellation Notice: For 12-month loyalty memberships, a 30-day notice is required. 2. Cancellation Fees: Two payments will be owing at time of cancellation of 12-month loyalty memberships 3. Cancellation Process: All cancellations must be requested through our cancellation request form or email. Emergency Situations: In cases of emergency, such as sudden illness or family emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (e.g., doctor’s note) may be required, and cancellation fees may be waived or adjusted accordingly. Freezing membership: 1. Up to 4 weeks free suspension per year. 2. After will be $7 per week. 3. Min 1 week suspension. 4. Medical reason will be eligible for up to 6 months free suspension.
